Rosé cider made from a blend of red-fleshed apples, including 60% Red Love, and a 40% blend of several unnamed red-fleshed apples, pressed during the winter. The fresh-pressed juice is then frozen and allowed to slowly thaw. The first juice that runs off is concentrated and carries intense flavor, color, and sugars - this beautiful nectar is is then fermented. The result is a gorgeous deep pink, full-bodied cider bursting with juicy acidity and notes of green apple, cranberry, strawberry, and grapefruit. Pairs nicely with chocolate covered cherries, a fruity dark chocolate bar, or smoked or roasted duck.
